Getting a game to you

We keep the rules; the retail partner keeps the boxes. Every buying button on this site leads to the retail partner that stocks our shelf, and from the moment you check out, delivery is their department.

That means the delivery date, the carrier and any tracking all live in the account you used at checkout, not here. Their estimates at checkout are the real ones; nothing on this site can promise a date, so we do not.

If a parcel goes missing or arrives with a crushed corner, the retail partner’s order page is the place that can actually fix it. Writing to us first only adds a day, though you are welcome to copy us in if a box arrived with tiles missing; that part we do want to know about.
