Good reasons to write: a rules question the reference stack does not answer, a mistake you spotted in a word list or a table, or a broken page. We read everything; rules disputes get answered first because they are the most fun.

Paper mail finds us at 145 Chestnut Street, Providence, RI 02903. A letter can carry a rules dispute or a classroom story just fine. A parcel cannot: there is no counter at that door, nothing to try on the spot, and a box sent there has no order attached and nowhere to go. Anything bought through a button on this site goes back through the retail partner’s order page, not the mail.

What we cannot help with by mail: orders. The checkout on every button here belongs to the retail partner that stocks our shelf, and order questions go to their help pages, where your order number actually means something.
