The idea suits a restaurant table where space is tight. You take 21 tiles from the pouch, leave the pouch closed, and keep every piece inside your own grid. Nobody draws fresh tiles because nobody calls Peel during the run. The hand you start with is the hand you finish with, so you always know the exact scale of your layout.

Dump is the one way your tile count changes. Any player can put one unwanted tile face down back into the bunch and take three fresh tiles in its place. Your personal pool grows by two tiles each time you do it, which makes the grid harder to finish while helping you get rid of letters you cannot place.
Play begins when someone calls Split, which lets everyone turn their starting tiles face up at the same instant. You arrange the letters into connected words on the table without waiting for anyone else. Once a player connects all their tiles into a valid grid, they call Bananas to end the match.
The mistake to avoid
The mistake is calling Peel after connecting your starting tiles. This variant has no Peel calls at all, so finishing your hand means you win on the spot rather than drawing another tile for the table.
